You deserve to feel more deeply connected to yourself and the people around you.
I want to help you embody these connections with more ease.
We are wired to connect and yearn for belonging…
…yet so many of us struggle to do so because life has taught us that we have to reject parts of ourselves that are unacceptable and don’t fit in. I have found that the way forward is to learn how to accept all of our parts in order to “belong within” first. By rooting more deeply to our core, we can then access a deeper sense of belonging with those we trust to tenderly hold our vulnerable parts alongside us.
It is my hope that through our work together, you will move beyond insight and instead access an embodied shift in how you relate to yourself and to the world around you, connecting you to the curiosity, compassion, and courage you deserve so that you can experience the life and relationships you intended.
Hi, I’m Sabrina.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with training in Internal Family Systems (also known as parts work), Emotionally Focused Therapy (grounded in attachment theory), and somatic approaches, including prior experience as a clinical hypnotherapist. My pronouns are she/her/hers, and I am a neurodivergent (AuDHDer), multiracial (Vietnamese White), queer (pansexual), cisgender woman, and although these identities inform my work, I aim to bring humble curiosity to better understand the unique intersection of identities that my clients hold in order to sensitively attune to their specific experiences and needs.
In-person and virtually across California
I meet with clients in Northeast Los Angeles on Sundays and via telehealth on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
